[He's watching Eagle now, like he's deciding something. Which he is. Then he finally reaches up to pull Eagle down for a kiss.

...Lantis liked it when Eagle did so he wants to try and return the favor.]

[So astonishingly sudden! Caught so completely off guard Eagle has little choice but to comply with this kiss… not that he would have fought against it if he had known it was coming. As soon as he is able to he will have to look away just for a bit, otherwise he runs the risk of another blush appearing. ]

I guess this changes the nature of our relationship a little.

[Mind, why would he mind? Then again… that ever present desire to save Autozam reappears and the illness that hasn’t gone away…

[Dying as a soldier in battle... or at least that used to be it. Could there be anything else? What does he really want? It seems more difficult to settle on a course of action now.]

[Eagle takes a while to actually consider this. If there was nothing else going on, no Cephiro, no illness, no Lantis trying to destroy himself to end the Pillar System… he would want what he found himself wanting on Autozam.

He reaches out to gently touch Lantis’s cheek. That was his answer. ]

[Lantis waits because he does want to know the answer. So when he gets it, he's partly surprised but mostly happy that the answer is him.

Now that it's his turn to answer as well, he leans in to brush his lips over Eagle's. That...was his answer.]

[ Silly, how he still seemed stunned even if this was the third time this had happened. Lantis being so openly affectionate was not something he was used to. Eagle welcomed it, but still that darn heart of his still managed to skip a beat every time. ]
